AGES SERVED: Children, Adolescents, and Adults
About me:
I did not start off college with the idea of being a therapist. Once I found it, everything fell into place for me; I found my path. I graduated with my MSW from University of Nevada, Reno in 2022 and began working with patients who struggled with Eating Disorders and Mood & Anxiety Disorders.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for working with young kids and their families and was patiently waiting for my opportunity to do that in a therapeutic way.

I aim to help people get on track with their life and make it meaningful to them. I will spend time learning what your goals are and work as a team to problem solve. I have experience with most treatment modalities primarily in the group setting. I utilize a strengths based approach coupled with Compassion Focused therapy to get back on track and live a life in-line with your values!

In my free time, I am a proud dog owner and love spending time with my family and friends doing various activities!
