Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

AGES SERVED: Children, Adolescents, and Adults

About me:

As a first-generation Mexican American and bilingual psychotherapist, I understand the challenges of navigating multiple cultural and societal worlds. I am committed to supporting individuals who may feel marginalized or misunderstood and helping them recognize their strengths and capabilities.

My work focuses on empowering people—especially those from diverse cultural backgrounds—to heal from past trauma and overcome current life challenges. I am driven by deep compassion for anyone navigating complex issues such as trauma, major life transitions, or cultural identity.

My path into psychotherapy began with a curiosity about how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors shape our experiences, which grew into a passion for helping others heal, learn, and grow. Ultimately, my goal is for clients to feel less alone, more connected to their authentic selves, and empowered to create the lives they desire.
