I have several years of experience working in residential, partial, and intensive outpatient eating disorder facilities. I’m passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and understand that healing is often non-linear and imperfect. In addition to my work with eating disorders, I also have extensive experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma-related symptoms.
I fully believe that the heart of meaningful therapy lies in the relationship itself. I prioritize building a safe, attuned, and trusting connection with my clients and view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and growth.
My approach is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I aim to meet each person where they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. I also incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your unique needs and goals.
I bring authenticity and incorporate humor, when appropriate, into my work. Creating a space where you can be your full self—without judgment—is at the core of how I practice.
As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am committed to providing safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care for all. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue or simply hoping to explore yourself more deeply, I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported.
