About me:
I am a first-generation Mexican-American Spanish-speaking Latina born and raised in Sacramento. Since I began my higher education I have known I wanted to become a therapist. I graduated from Portland State University with my B.A. in Psychology and completed my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Global.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients achieve a greater quality of life. I help clients learn how to sit with and process their emotions, improve coping with day-to-day mental health challenges, and overcome past traumas on their journey towards personal growth and healing. I strive for my clients to develop a sense of compassion for themselves and others.
