About me:
I come from lived experience and am passionate about the process of healing. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to witness healing with the individuals and families that have entrusted me.

I’ve been in the mental health field since 2014 working as a case manager and SUD counselor with individuals diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders, Major Depressive Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Psychosis and other related disorders. I began my therapy practice in 2018 and began virtual therapy in 2023.

I use expressive modalities including art, writing, music, and IFS informed technique to support deepening understanding of The Self and all the parts that contribute to your resiliency. In therapy the goal is to connect and have compassion for all parts, whether that is anxiety, depression, shame, fears, etc. Part of the exploration can look like healing the inner child/younger wounds and having corrective emotional experiences by having therapist as witness and you reconnecting to your authentic being which is “The Self”. Ultimately the goal is for you to feel self compassion, confidence, creativity, courage, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness.
